Accommodation
The cottage sleeps a maximum of 7 people, with lounge and dining seating for 8.

The property comprises:
Entrance Hall; Open plan kitchen; Dining and living room; Bedroom 1 - double bed; Bedroom 2 - twin beds; Bedroom 3 - full size bunk beds and additional pull-out beds if required; Bathroom.

Outside you will find a private garden and a communal garden plus ample parking for cars and boats.

Facilities
The cottage is provided with a colour tv, video, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, barbeque, cot, high chair and night storage heaters. There are plenty of convector heaters around the house and an electric fire in the living room to make your stay warm and cosy in the colder months. There is double glazing throughout.

Although you will find that duvets are provided for all beds (including the pull-out bed), you will need to bring your own bedding and towels.

Our housekeeper lives locally and is always happy to help visitors with any queries. She will call and introduce herself and leave her contact number in case you should need her.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement
